Privacy notice.
We run a pre-launch waitlist, nothing more. This notice explains what we collect when you join the EU founding list, how the email confirmation works, who processes the data, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Last updated: 4 June 2026
Who is responsible
The controller for the data described here, within the meaning of the GDPR, is the person named in our Imprint:
Daniel HartmannBergheimer Straße 118
41464 Neuss, Germany
For any privacy request, contact us at contact@proloniq.com or by post at the address above.
What we collect, and why
When you join the founding list we process only what the form asks for:
- Your email address, so we can confirm your spot and tell you when the store opens in your country.
- The peptide you are most interested in (optional), so we can prioritise what to launch with. This is a free choice and can be left blank.
- Your consent and a timestamp, kept as a record that you asked to be contacted, as the GDPR requires.
We do not ask for your name, address, or any payment details. Nothing is sold yet, so no order or payment data exists. Our hosting provider may process standard technical log data (such as your IP address) to deliver and secure the site.
The double opt-in confirmation
We use a double opt-in process. After you submit the form we send a single email to the address you entered with a confirmation link. Your place on the list is only finalised once you click that link. This confirms the address is really yours and that you genuinely want to hear from us.
If you never click the link, your entry stays unconfirmed and is not added to the active list. We delete unconfirmed entries on a rolling basis. If you did not request the email, you can simply ignore it and nothing further happens.
The legal basis
We process your email and interest on the basis of your consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, given when you tick the box and confirm via email. You can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Sending the confirmation email itself, and keeping the consent record, also rests on our legitimate interest in a verifiable, abuse-resistant sign-up, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Who processes your data for us
We do not sell or trade your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) delivers the confirmation and launch emails and stores the confirmed contact list.
- Our hosting provider runs the website and processes technical log data needed to serve it.
Where a provider is based outside the EU/EEA, transfers are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as you stay on the founding list. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we remove it promptly. Unconfirmed entries are deleted automatically. Once the regulatory picture is clear and the list has served its purpose, or if the project does not proceed, we delete the list.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw your consent at any time, which you can do with one click via the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the authority in the German state where you live or where we are based (Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen).
